October 19th, the beginning of Levi's 5th month, is the first time he had something other than breastmilk to eat! We decided to start introducing solids slowly this month, just during dinner time, because he seemed to be a bit hungrier in the evenings and was
very interested in watching us eat.
Levi's first experience with solids went real well! We started with rice cereal, mixed with breast milk, and started it pretty runny, thickening it in future meals. One thing is for sure--this boy loves to eat!
